On-ice this camp is designed for players of all abilities that want to improve their hockey skills. this day camp will consist of 3 hours spend on the ice developing the athletes skating, shooting, puck handling and passing ability along with a variety of challenging races and games.
Off-ice the athletes will play a variety of sports, soccer, flag football, soccer baseball, dodge ball. Along with team challenges.

This program is designed for rep level players, who currently have some technical understanding of skating, shooting, puck handling & want to take their game to the next level. This camp will consist of 4-hours of on-ice training working on shooting, skating, passing & puck handling. There will be two off ice session per day, player will be split into two group. half off ice training while the other half is outside working on their shooting and puck skills.

Off ice training will be provided by Dave Blais, of Blais Performance. Click the link above to read about the 3 major areas they will work on to improve their on ice performance.

This all day camp will include 3 hours of on ice instruction and games. While on ice players will learn the fundamentals of the wrist shot, snap shot, and back hand. NTR coaches will use a wide variety of station and drills to challenge the player and encourage the player to attempt their newly learn shooting technique. Our coaches will utilize station to group players together with similar abilities. Off the ice players spend time playing other sports such as soccer, flag football, soccer baseball, and other team challenges and games.

This day camp will consist of 3 hour of on ice instruction. Our NTR coach will teach the fundamentals of skating as it pertains to generating speed and Improving the players balance and coordination this will enhance the player ability to generate speed and remain elusive. The player will also be challenged with a variety of stick handling station and drill to help them improve their puck handling technique.

3 hours of on ice instruction per day, a 2-hour session in the morning and a 1-hour session in the afternoon. Speed, Speed, Speed. Players participating in this program can except to see development with their skating skills. Players will be challenged daily with new agility, balance and coordination skills. Improving the players posture, cross over, quick feet starts will all be a main focus. The players will be challenged to exempt these skills with pucks, all drills with include shooting.

Off the ice players will spend time at the park playing a wide variety of sports, games and challenges.
