Shooting & Goal Scoring is for players aged 9-14 years old. This program is designed to teach different types of shots such as wrist shots, snap shots, one timers and backhand shots.
Participants will also learn how to use different techniques in order to create space, create offensive scoring chances and score more goals. These techniques include:
- Improving Skating Ability
- Transferring Body Weight While Shooting
- Shooting While in Stride
- Changing Shooting Angles
- Deception
- Offensive Awareness
