Adult Learn to Skate

NTR's Adult Learn to Skate program is designed for individuals 15 and up. This program is an introductory class that teaches the basic fundamentals of skating. We accept those with zero experience to those that want to fine-tune their skating ability.  The class will consist of a basic skating development, to more advanced skills. The class will be customized to each individuals needs and specific corrections for each individual will be given.

Requirements:

• All skaters are required to wear a CSA approved hockey helmet. Facial protection is not mandatory for those 18 and up, however highly recommended. Skaters must be wearing articles of clothing that cover all skin, and gloves that cover all fingers

Disclaimers:

• Each class will be one hour in length, ice resurfacing is included into the program time
• NTR reserves the right to move participants to the appropiate class for their skill level. This will ensure the proper development of your child’s skills, it will also increase their success and confidence.
• If a participant needs to withdraw from a program for any reason, NTR will provide a full credit for the remaining classes that can be used for any NTR purchase.  If the participant requires a refund we will refund the remaining classes minus a 10% administrative fee. Refunds must be processed within the first three weeks of any program. After the third week, any withdrawal can only be given as a credit on account.
