Our Pre-Tryout clinics are intended to prepare players for their upcoming tryouts. The clinics will be high paced with lots of puck touches and game like situations. Each clinic will cover the following skills:

• Power skating and edgework
• Passing and flow drills
• Shooting with speed
• One on one battles and competitive drills
• Scrimmages and game situation drills

Goalies are also welcome to register at 50% off as there is no dedicated goalie training in the clinics. We can accommodate a maximum of two goalies per clinic and you must call our office at 905-881-1121 to register.

Our bodychecking clinics are intended for those who are starting body contact this year (2011 birth year) or those who have played with contact before but are looking to improve their comfort and technique. Players will be taught the proper technique for how to receive and deliver contact, how to protect themselves, and how to utilize contact in game situations.
